Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While most domestic shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays due to carrier constraints or unforeseen circumstances may occur. For time-sensitive needs, we recommend placing orders ahead of key dates to account for potential transit fluctuations.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with the following options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies automatically to orders of $60+ (up to $9,999)

Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select Asian territories. Some remote locations or regions with complex import regulations may face restrictions. Order Tracking

If tracking information doesn't update within 48 hours of shipment notification, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier backlogs. Customs & Import Duties
